This form is to register your team for a USQ Cup 2024. Any questions can be sent to membership@usquadball.org.

The next page will just note who the person is that is registering the team for the qualifier. After that you will be able to note your team and the division you plan to participate in.

Registration fee is $550/team in the competitive division, and $450/team in the open division.

Bid Requirements: Teams seeking an at-large bid must have requirements complete by March 3. Teams with a bid must complete requirements by March 17. More info can be found here: https://members.usquadball.org/usqcup on the 'bids/divisions/& more' tab.

Membership: Please note that all individuals rostered on a competitive division team must have a full player membership. Individuals rostered on an open division team may utilize a trial membership. 3 Max: All teams in the club competitive division will be playing with the 3 max rule. On your registration form, you can apply for a waiver - which will be reviewed by gameplay. Waiver application does not guarantee that it will be granted. Any questions on this specifically can be directed to gameplay@usquadball.org.
