This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment or request an invoice.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Team pages will be built within 5 business days of registration. Admin access will be granted to the individual designated on this form. Please note you must have an individual Sports Engine account (as a coach, non-playing staff, player, etc) in order to gain admin access.

If choosing to invoice, invoice must be paid prior to your first official event.

Individuals who are players do not need an officials membership; officials membership is included in your player membership. 

All other individuals must have a non-playing referee membership to be an LAR, HR, or Flag Runner.

Pricing:

New Teams: ($200 + $5 licensing fee = Total $205)

Returning Teams: ($290 + $5 licensing fee = Total $295)

New teams are defined as a team not registered in the 2021-22 or 2022-23 seasons.
